What do I need to wear?
Basic active wear is perfectly fine. It is highly recommended to wear a non baggy top. Shoes: training, running or tennis. No street shoes.
Do I need to bring my own hula hoop?
No. Hoop Theory custom hoops are provided for use on site.
Should I already be physically fit?
Not at all. This class was designed for a levels.
What should I bring?
Water bottle & Towel
